I ordered and received an item that is clearly not what was listed, and requested a refund but...

Question

I ordered a camera that says it is RVS Rear View Backup Camera Only RVS-770 New with shield, no Box Look!
But it took me a while to get to hooking it up, and it's not that model it is a PD-770 and eBay closed my case and says it cannot be appealed. This is clearly the type of case that should be covered under their purchase guarantee. Where can I get help?

The eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee covers Buyers for 30 days from delivery. There are no exceptions.

The Guarantee is meant to cover the Buyer if they open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay.

In this forum we are not able to look up your Purchase History. Did you open a refund request in 30 days or less and did you chose that the item was not as described?
