I ordered an item, and I had money taken out of my bank account but no info on the bought item...
I have no email info from Ebay or the seller, but money has been taken out of my account. Have I been scammed?

Mentor1 year agoIf you do not see the item in your Purchase history, it sounds like you may have made the purchase as a Guest.
Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.
Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASSCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received, or a Returns Request, as the case may be.
