I ordered a starter/generator from heart-landstarters and it arrived in a box with no packing slip,
no invoice or receipt, no directions or instructions, no wiring diagrams. It has a heavy wire between two of the terminals, so I sent a message to the seller asking about it and haven't received a response yet. Has anyone else had a problem with communications from this seller?

Did the Ebay listing page indicate that the item came with directions/instructions/diagrams?
