I ordered a specific action figure, but a different one came in the box.
I had ordered the figure I wanted back in December. I waited a few months for the package to show up, and once it did, there was a totally different figure in the box. I would like to return it, and I tried, but I was told by the post office it would be $400+ to send it back, which I cannot afford. The seller had not given me a return label, and was very vague about what should be done to remedy the situation. What should I do to at least get refunded?

Mentor2 years agoHas is been less than 30 days since you received it? If so, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

OP2 years agoI did open a return request, and I chose all the necessary options. It has been less than 30 days, and the seller hasn't gotten back to me about this. I asked for a return label, and they never answered my message. I cannot figure out how to get Ebay to step in because the option doesn't appear. 😞

Mentor2 years agoOption appears on the fourth day. If you don't see it contact ebay at once.
