I ordered a phone, charge came out of my bank, no order shows in my ebay acct.
I logged into my account today to see when my phone would be arriving, and it doesn't show up in my order history. I loggede into my bank account, and it shows a charge for the phone to ebay. Any idea what's going on?

OP3 years agoI thought of that too, that maybe I bought it as a guest. However, I have no emails from eBay from that time period. Here's the text from my bank account, would those numbers identify anything about the purchase?

Mentor3 years agoDo you have any other email accounts you could check? If you purchased using a different eBay account, it may be linked to a different email account.
The numbers are typically internal credit card numbers; it may mean something to the card issuer, but that is not something anyone else could look up, and certainly not publicly.

Or as a guest? If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your eBay account and then use the links in the email you received from eBay regarding the order, or see here:
