I ordered a perfume on 10/25/24.They sent me an email that item is delivered. I didn't go out today.
They sent me an that the item has been delivered today which is not true. I didn't go out today. This is my first time to order and paid for item from ebay.what do I do.They said I should wait for until 90 days if they have to refund my money

The 90 day wait would only cause you to lose your money. Do not take anything in that email to be accurate. Do NOT respond to it and do NOT click on any link in that email as it is likely a thief on the other end.

The email may be a spam - scam - spoof email from the Seller, eBay allows claims to be filed 30 days after the estimated delivery date NOT 90 days. eBay would NEVER tell you to wait 90 days.
Go to the item in your Purchase history and check the tracking history on it. If tracking does NOT show anything or does not show it delivered then you can file a claim that you have not received the item one day after the original estimated delivery date.
