I ordered a iPhone cover from taizhoujinlinshan0 & he denied my request but has 100% feedback
Hello,
I purchased the wrong cover for my iPhone. I ordered it as a guest as I was having some issues signing in to my account. I was going round and round email, get password, email and on and on. So i just said let me order as a guest as I have done this once or twice in the past. When I received the order and proceeded to put it on my phone I realized I ordered the wrong version. I ordered iPhone 16 pro max instead of iPhone 14 pro max. The cover didn't line up with the buttons. So I contacted the seller to return the cover and obtain a refund. I also asked if he had the correct iPhone cover as I was willing to purchase the correct item from the seller taizhoujinlinshan0 but all he did was deny my request and close the order. No explanation. I was well within the time frame for returns and he still denied it. I can't get in touch with Help from eBay except for their virtual assistant that is not able to help or perhaps I am not reaching the right area in Help. Please advise.
