i'm new to e bay,is this normal treatment?seller is homiestore or chicano tattoo arts.i'm not happy,i turned to e bay for help,they say it's been to long!!no kidding,i've been trying to reach seller for last month,no answers.if anyone knows what i should do,i'm all ears,thanks

The seller does not accept returns on that item, so you cannot return the item. It's important to know if something will work for you before you buy from a seller with no returns.

I always look for sellers/items that accept returns to avoid this issue.

It's not the time frame that it took to get to you, generally you have 30 days from date of delivery to file a return, but in this case, the item can't be returned for fit issues.
