Mentor2 years agoGuest purchases are not connected to your eBay account.
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current account, then use the links in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase or see here:

The seller is required to ship to the address that comes with payment. Is the address correct?
If the seller provided tracking contact the shipper to determine if the tracking number corresponds to a delivery to your actual address.
