I ordered 10 tweeter diaphragms and received only 2
I try to click on "contact the seller" and I'm placed on a page saying cancel.order followed by order can't be canceled because already sent. Then I click on "still want to contact seller?" And it opens a windows saying make an offer on the 10 diaphragm I had ordered previously.

Mentor1 year agoIf you are using the new messaging system, after clicking on CONTACT SELLER, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message. If the seller will not help you, you can do the following:
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
