I made a mistake ordering this one this large I should have bought the 10" one However it said the return was closed. It's not a knock off item. USA made D3 Stainless steel skillet. It's lid is made by out sourcing. In my case Vietnam. How can I exchange it or return for refund. Please give details Thank You

However it said the return was closed Does the seller have a no returns policy? Did you file a returns request and state you changed your mind or made a mistake? If so, the seller can decline the returns request. That would be the reason ebay closed the return. List the item on ebay and sell it here. Then you can purchase a 10" skillet from another seller.
