I order a snow si 100E machine
The machine it doesn’t work I plug it in I turn it on. I tried indifference switch. I tried to plug it in different places, but it doesn’t work. I want my refund. I want my money back machine don’t work please. I need to get an answer about what I’m asking. Thank you. Have a good night.

Mentor3 years ago@edrea-37 go to the order, click on the drop down menu, then on 'return this item', choose the reason 'doesn't work or defective'
the seller will have to send u a prepaid return shipping label, once they receive the item back, they have to issue the refund within 2 or 3 working days. if they don't, click on the 'ask ebay to step in' button located on the case.
