I opened "item not received". I was expecting refund. after 21 Ebay closed case -"i did not ask..!!

2 months ago I opened "item not received" case .

i was curiues what happend caswe in perchasses it says "paid". I expected "refunded"

I was expecting refund being done automatically.

now im reading after 21 Ebay closed case saying "i did not ask to step in" ."We closed this request since there's been no activity for 21 business days."

What is this??????.

this is stealing money and i see it as Ebay is helping to steal money.

You were not robbed. If you were not refunded by the seller, within 21 days you needed to ask ebay to step in to help you. Since you did not do that, Ebay closed your case due to inactivity.
