I opened item not received case, ebay closed it. How can I reopen it?
I searched everywhere to reopen item not received case, could find nothing. I still have not received the item and have not received a refund. Is there any way to contact ebay directly to reopen the case?

Mentor1 year agoIf you were able to file the Item Not Received case, and the seller never replied, on day 4 you should have returned to the case to click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If you do not do that, ebay will automatically close the case.

Mentor1 year agoOnce a case is closed it cannot be reopened. You could try to appeal the closure but you would need o have new information to enter into the appeal.
What does the tracking say? When was the last estimated delivery date for the item?
