Mentor3 years agoI went to Google to see where that zip code is located and it tells me ZIP Codes 09891 Place Name is APO AA which is Army Post Office Americas.
I am guessing your buyer is in the military, so that is a domestic mailing address, using the USPS to ship to the buyer.
