I only ship to the U.S. but someone in Japan bid on and won two of my auctions. What do i do,
Should I cancel the sales? I only offered shipping to the USA, no idea how to get an international mailing label or how to add it to the closed auctions. Help!

1. If you were not offering international shipping on the listing then I would message the buyer and let them know they will need to provide a USA address at checkout. Many international buyers do use package forwarding services.
2. If a buyer in location you do not ship wins the item then you should cancel the order as problem with buyers address:

3. You can set up your shipping preferences and buyer requirements in account settings.
1). Exclude shipping locations

2) Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid in 12 months. (I think you missed this step in account settings. )

OP3 years agoThank you very much! I did miss that step setting up my account, I feel bad but I really don't want to mess with selling internationally. Thanks again, your response is much appreciated. Cr
