Mentor3 years agoWhat do you mean when you say eBay took your money and never gave it back to you?
When you buy something on eBay, you authorize the payment. Did you return an item? Did you not receive an item? Did you open a case and follow through to ask eBay to step in if the seller didn't help?
Need more information...
