I never requested a refund but got one anyways
I ordered yarn for some crafts yesterday (Feb 1) and today I received an email that my order has been refunded. I never requested a refund and I still need the yarn. Has this happened to anyone else? Do I have to buy the item again in order to get it? I am very confused and concerned. My project has a deadline so this yarn is a necessity ASAP.
