Hi @esmant-9807

Sellers only have to wait 4 days to get paid and if they don't then they can Cancel the transaction on day 5. Use the drop down menu on the Sold item and select Cancel ... on the pop up that follows select the reason "Buyer hasn't paid". Complete the cancellation and the Buyer will get one unpaid item strike on their account.

If they get 2 in 12 months they will have trouble buying on eBay until the strikes on their account drop below 2.
