Mentor2 years agoIs the transaction in your Purchase History if you look rather than by searching for the order number? Or if you search by title keyword? If not, when did you purchase it?
Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account, or as a guest?

OP2 years agoYES IN MY PHS HISTORY PAID ON FEB 5--BUT EBAY HELP SAYS THE ORDER # UNDER THE PIC IS NOT VALID--SAYS ITEM ON 7 -BUT USPS SAID THE SELLER NEVER BROUGHT IT TO THEM--AWAITING ITEM SINCE FEB 7--ITS A GUN BOX AS PICTURED-BUT SOME PIC OF A BOX OF DARTS POPS UP WHEN I GO TO HELP

If the transaction is in your Purchase History, when was the last estimated delivery date, and what does the tracking, if any, show?
If the last estimated delivery date has passed by less than thirty days and there is no delivery indicated by the tracking number, you should be able to file an "item not received" claim. Once you do that, the seller will have three business days to provide tracking showing delivery or to refund you.
If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in, and eBay will refund you.
