Mentor8 months agoGo to your purchase history. What is the estimated delivery date for this item? If the date has not passed, you need to wait. If the date has passed, click on I haven't received my item. The seller has 3 business days to prove delivery with tracking or refund. If not, return to the case on the 4th business day and ask eBay to step in. They will force a refund.
