I never received my order. Even though I have an email stating it was delivered.
When I go to my account, there is no history of me, placing the order even though I have received multiple emails showing the order was placed with an order number, tracking number, etc.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case.
