I never received my item. Seller said they refunded me to eBay .

I don't. Know what to do . I ordered a kitchen breakfast nook for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to get to him by December 16th. We live in Minnesota. It got to Eagan and never had tracking past that. It is now the 12th of January. No table still, no refund. They keep extending the investigation and I can't do anything. The sellers already refunded to eBay. Please help.

What do you mean "the sellers already refunded to eBay"?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
