I never received my item. I opened a claim and eBay will not get back with me

Question

eBay mailed me my item but I have not received it. It’s been over a month and a half and it shows stuck in the mail. I opened up a claim but they will not check on it. They will not get back with me. I have not heard about an update and they said they will get back with me within 48 hours and it’s been a month now. Not sure how to get a refund due to the fact every time I complain about it. They bring me back to the fact that a cl has already been opened. It’s like they forgot about it.

It won't let me ask. It just says to hold on they are looking into it.
