I never received an item and now can't contact seller
Hello, on January 02, 2023, I ordered an iPhone 13 case from a seller name crystal03de.
Order number: 03-09535-47458. I never received the package. In the past I was able to contact the seller and the seller told me that he/she will re-send the iPhone case. But till today, I haven't received anything from the seller. Now, I can't even contact the seller anymore. It says 'invalid item'. I can't ask eBay customer support for help either as I can't choose the item from the purchase list. Any idea what can I do now ?
NB: I have message communication history with the seller. Also, attaching a screenshot of my proof of purchase.

Since the picture you shared indicates the estimated date of delivery as May 3rd, you are still within the 30 days allowed for filing a Refund Request due to Item Not Received.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP3 years ago@lady_madonna Thanks. Problem is, I can't see “I didn't receive it†option under “More actions†anymore.
 
Even I can't message the seller anymore as I see an error message "invalid item".

Unfortunately, "I didn't receive it' no longer appears in the list of actions.

In the future make sure you act within 30 days so you can use the eBay claim process. You will have to use PayPal now (they allow 180 days) or a credit card charge back.
