I never received a shipping label for the package
I received an email that stated someone wanted to purchase one of my items. The problem though is that the link was not a valid link and it didn't give me any other option for showing the customers info or me an option to accept her offer.
Now I have received an email from Ebay saying she has filed a complaint because she has not received the package. What are my options on getting this resolved quickly.
