I never received a package of children’s books-even though tracking said it had arrived. Anyone els
Anyone else had this happen? Ebay ruled against me. I don’t have the package. Nor a refund.

Mentor4 months agoIf the tracking shows the package was delivered then eBay will rule in the sellers favor as that is what tracking is for. You need to ask the shipping carrier for the GPS location of the delivery. If it was not at or near your actual location then the next thing to ask is if your name and address was on the label. If your information was on the label then the carrier should attempt to recover the package. If your information was not on the label then you need to ask them to state this on their letterhead so you can file an appeal with eBay. This must be an actual letter and not an email.
