I never agreed to sell item for what eBay sold it for
I I just got eBay my first item I put on was a Nintendo 64 I put the lowest price I would take was $75 they sold my Nintendo 64 for $38 I refuse to send it to the buyer because of the fact that they sold it for $38 so now I owe $7 for eBay selling an item for me that they sold for half the price I put a reserve on it for if this doesn't get fixed I will never use eBay again. I don't owe you because you guys messed up and sold my item for less than it should have been sold for how would I owe you for that horrible service I've tried to reach customer service 10 15 times

You are incorrect, and there was nothing to "fix".
In looking at the listing and the bid history, YOU set your minimum/starting bid price at $31.

It received 4 bids and sold for $38. Ebay had nothing to do with it. You did NOT set a Reserve Price and no where did you "put" $75, unless there was a Buy It Now for that amount. As per most auctions, the Buy It Now disappears as soon as bidding begins.
You were REQUIRED to sell & ship to the winning bidder, or else face serious consequences.
You DO owe Ebay selling fees because the item SOLD.

OP3 years agoI absolutely set a reserve at $75 Ebay changed it when I disputed it. Someone did for that matter . So please kindly stop acting like you know the situation . It's very aggravating as it is . If I agreed to that I'd of sold it. Thank you for your input with the attalics and bold lettering. Such a nice lady. Ebay might not have but someone authorized it and it wasn't ME . I'll take my business elsewhere if the fee isnt removed . Why are you hopping on Ebays geni+@/$ ?

·3 years agoWas the fee for a Reserve Price (which would be exactly $5.00)? Or was it for selling the item and the buyer paid (a bit above $5.00, amount depending on what the buyer paid for shipping and sales tax).
YOU set the Starting Price. eBay might have suggested one (based on the stated product and the condition you specified) but you let it stand when you could easily have changed it to your minimum. Always set it at your true minimum you are willing and able to sell it for at this time (Reserves are designed to have a high fee to discourage their use).
We do know the situation because we see it from new sellers every day who confuse "Buy It Now" with "Reserve Price".
