Question

I needed to ship 7 items from 1 order with 7 different shipping labels. I got stuck after reaching the 5 label limit. I cancelled 1 of the labels that now only shows 4 labels to ship. The last 3 items I put into 1 box to be able to ship the 5 labeled item. It will not let me still telling me I reached the limit of 5 even though it only shows 4.

The cancellation still counts until it is accepted by the carrier, which takes about 3 weeks.

You can buy another label at pirateship.com. You can email the tracking # to the buyer. I do not know if the system will let you add the tracking # to the order.
