The seller received my return but hasn't refunded me.

Mentor8 months agoThere is no reason to contact Ebay since you waited too long to ask for help. Ebay can no longer help you.

Mentor8 months agoIf more than twenty-one business days has passed since you opened your case without asking eBay to step in, the case is typically closed automatically and eBay can no longer help you after that point.
If you are unable to get a call back due to your location, try contacting eBay via social media direct message:

You may have some recourse through your payment method if you can prove that you returned what you received. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
