I need to talke to a REAL person. I have used the phone numbers they provided
I need to talk to a real live person. I used an ebay gift card it took the money off the card and gave the balance of the card. The seller never got paid. I used the chat and was told finally that I would be charged $1.00 and it would be refunded to my paypal account. I was then charged AGAIN on my paypal account and the seller still has not been paid!! I have called the phone numbers that were provided and I still can't talk to any one, and I have been charged twice and the seller has still NOT been PAID!!!!! HELP please anyone!!

Look in your Purchase History, find the item and look at the Order Details. Does it indicate the item was paid for? If so, it will indicate the method of payment.

OP2 years agoThank you I will try that. The chat person sent me 3 different phone numbers and I have called each one twice and been hung up on twice, even though they say they are connecting me to a TEAM MEMBER. Team member my foot!!
