I need to talk to someone at ebay, but when they call me and I answer, I get dial tone.
When I arrange for ebay to call me, the phone rings but when I answer I get dial tone. This has happened for 2 days. Previously I was able to receive calls. Any suggestions?
Is there a number I can call?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If you are having problems getting a call back at your current number, try adding a different number to your account, if possible. VOIP numbers, non-US numbers, and call blockers (your own, or that of your phone service provider) can all cause problems receiving a call back.
