I need to start a return due to (item not as described) without a picture

I am unable to submit a return form without a picture. The page will not accept the return request without a pic. . I have no digital camera nor a way to load a pic.. I have tried to get a human contact for an explanation without success. Is there a way to file a return request without a pic.?

If the seller is not contesting the return or an image would not show anything relevant, you may be able to just copy and paste the image directly from the listing.

Otherwise, you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
