@marlachamp102054 You can talk to an agent if you wish but sellers are not required to accept buyers remorse returns. Meaning the seller did nothing wrong but you just ordered the wrong item.

Keep in mind that the SELLER is the one that issues refunds, it's not coming out of eBay's pocket.
