Is there any way to actually speak to someone? I purchased an item, and the item was not authentic, and it's fake. I need assistance ASAP

If it is too late to file a return request then you will need to contact your payment method to file a chargeback. An eBay agent cannot extend the time limit for the eBay Money Back Guarantee or they'd have to do so for everyone. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards and coins.
