i need to speak to eBay member to resolve an issue with seller
faulty goods hp 304 cartridges way out of date "2019 which are no longer useful and not responding with the printer ( he did described them slightly out of date nothing like 6 years ) however i only put them recently as i had still had ink some off the existing cartridges mine i did not notice the date were on . when i requested reimbursement and settle this issue the seller show no interest and is reluctant to engaged with me i have tried several time to explain all cam e to no avail .
I am asking you to intervene please and bring this matter to conclusion.

If it’s already more than 30 days since the cartridges were delivered to you, then it is too late to get help from eBay. I’m very sorry.
If you paid for your purchase with a credit card, you should be able to request a chargeback from your credit card company. Contact them ASAP. Good luck!
