I need to speak to a real person not AI from EBAY
I made a purchase of 4 items. I was charged for 5 the fifth item does not show up on the purchase. The seller cannot refund my purchase. She can only refund four items but my charge on my invoice is clearly 5. Help

Does the 5th show as a separate charge? If yes then you may have paid for it with a guest account, this happens by accident sometimes.
If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.
