Mentor5 months agoDo you mean the seller shipped the wrong one OR that you ordered the wrong one?
If you ordered the wrong one then you are responsible for buying a label and sending it back on your own dime.
If seller sent a different one than you ordered you can open an INAD case as long as its within 30 days
