I need to sell as a store and other as in just other things. How could i do this on ebay?

I have a small art business i started recently but there are items i want to sell separately because they are just my stuff. Should i just throw it all together?

You can sell it all together. No need to open a store since you are new. You will already get plenty of free listings.

You could open a separate eBay account with a different email address if you want to. However, most buyers do not care if you sell everything under one user id or not. They search for items based on the item name and key words and not by a sellers user id. The choice is up to you.
