-Message the Seller and ask them to send you a Feedback revision form. They will see a link on your less than Positive Feedback to send the form

-You will have 10 days to complete the form changing to Positive Feedback

-In the future DON'T leave Feedback until you have tried to work things out with a Seller. Less than positive Feedback before working things out creates an adversarial role between you and your Trading Partner (eBay's term).
