The left earbud of the Bose sports soundbuds that I just bought is very low on the left side as the box was slightly damaged but it looked like if somebody stumped on it and popped it back into place that you can't really tell but something looks a bit off about the box. anyway they're broken I need to get my money back or have them send me a pair that actually work and I will take a pair that work but I need to know how to send these back to get the pair that works please tell me what to do and...
