I need to return an item, but cost of return shipment is close to purchase price, how can I get help

Not answering questions is not grounds for return, but if he did not correctly describe the item, then he must pay for the return.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If he is in a different country, he will have to send you the money to pay the return shipping, or he can just refund your payment. If he wants to send you the money, he will need your email address, or your cell phone #, depending on how you want him to send the money.

Thanks, Wooden_flower. The seller is in USA. He did not correctly describe the item and that is the reason for my returning the item. The seller just refuse to reply all messages up till now!

The seller did not totally described the item. He hid the dimensions in the return instruction. He also did not reply any of buyers questions.

The seller provide return address, and it's where the item is located.

Any help to return

Why do you need to return it? Is the seller providing a return address in the same country as where the item was located?
