I need to return an item, but both the listing of my purchase, and the seller have disappeared

I need to return an item, but both the listing of my purchase, and the seller have disappeared from the Ebay website. I just received the item 3 days ago. The listing says things were returnable. What do I do now??Would like my $30 back. I paid with PayPal.

It is not possible for the seller and the listing to "disappear" so quickly.

If you purchased the item as a guest on Ebay, you need to find the confirmation of your order that Ebay sent you.

To start a return:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.
