I need to return a damaged item.

Question

I bought a side sleeper pro air pillow, it has burst and 1 million beads have escaped the pillow. I have collected as much as I can. Pillow/beads is in a bag. Need to return but not having any luck. Need to talk to a customer service rep with help in returning. I've only had the pillow for 2 months.

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item, so it is too late for ebay to help you. If you paid with Paypal, they allow up to 180 days from the sale to file a case. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer.
