Since you do not have a valid reason to retract your bid, you can attempt to contact the seller and ask them to cancel your bid for you. Be aware, though, that the seller is NOT obligated to agree to your request.
If you refuse to pay for the item if you win, the seller can file a cancellation for the reason "buyer didn't pay" which will result in an unpaid item strike on your Ebay account.
Per Ebay:
When you bid on or buy an item, you're agreeing to the rules we've put in place for our community. A bid is a binding contract that's active until an auction-style listing ends. Once you place a bid, you need to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.
There is only one valid reason to retract a bid, so it is much better to use the CONTACT SELLER link in the listing and ask the seller nicely to please cancel your bid.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
