I need to learn the reason why so many folks cannot find our eBay store, when all they search for is our store?

@paragon_products You have to use Advanced Search to search by store name OR by your user ID which are tow different things.

I did an advanced search for both your user ID and your store name and both came up in search. I think that it might be that they are not searching correctly.

Advanced search is on the main page to the right of the search box. https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch
