I need to get a refund item does not work
Summary: diane_6766 purchased a backup camera as a guest and found it non-functional when attempted to install it at a dealership. Despite contacting the seller multiple times for a refund and explaining the issue, the seller insists on photos of the defect, which would require additional installation costs for diane_6766. I bought an item as a guest from seller. When I got the item a backup camera for my car I took it to the dealership to have in installed. It did not work. I contacted the seller several times to get a refund. He keeps telling me to send pictures of it not working. I have to pay the tech to install the camera and when it did not work the tech put my old camera back. They don't take pictures of their work. I would have to pay again to have the tech put the camera back in my car and take pictures of it and then put my old camera back. I told the seller this but he still wants pictures before he will give me a refund. I have his camera ready to ship back to him I just need an address and a refund.
PS: I had to sign up for eBay in order to contact the seller I have all the emails to show that I did in fact buy the camera but as a guest.
