i need to exchange my eBay gift card because it is missing some digits to redeem the card.
I purchased a card from a grocery store today. I gently scratched the back of the card and it doesn't display the full digit. What do I need to do to exchange it for another card or to redeem the $60.00 I paid this morning?

·2 years agoThe front of the card should show all but the last four digits, so you may be able to make out the full card number. If you scraped off any of the last four digits, take the card and receipt back to the store and ask if you can get a replacement card.

OP2 years agoI did try to return the card with the receipt and activation code . I was told that I am stuck with the card because the package was opened. How am I going to redeem something without opening the package?
