I need to dispute the charge for canceling a listing
I need to dispute the charge for canceling a listing. I created another listing of the same item because I could not find it in my account after changing my username. I clicked on the 1st listing in my email and it said it no longer existed which is why I created the 2nd listing of the same product. I don't have 2 of the item so I would not create 2 listings on purpose. Because ebay temporarily canceled my 1st listing I was forced to create a 2nd listing. I
