I need to contact seller for item I received and purchased as a guest.

Question

Seller has sent me a tracking number but I received the item yesterday. As I purchased as a guest the item I purchased is not displayed.How do I contact the seller?

If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
